what we believe

We are a ministry dedicated to uniting people of all nations, backgrounds, races, and walks of life in worship and service, reflecting God’s original intent for His people to be joined together as one.  The body of Christ is “One New Man” being expressed far beyond distinctions of gender, race, and ethnicity. At its foundation, this promise is realized when we release our worldly identities and dismantle the barriers that divide us. Only by letting go of legalistic and worldly structures can we unite our diverse gifts and allow our spirits to flourish together in true harmony.

“By abolishing the law of commandments expressed in ordinances, that He might create in Himself one new man in place of the two, so making peace, and might reconcile us both to God in one body through the cross, thereby killing the hostility.”  Ephesians 2:15 (ESV)

Our Core values

Unity in Diversity

We believe that God’s heart is for all people to worship together as one—transcending cultural, national, and racial divides.

“There is neither Jew nor Greek, slave nor free, male nor female, for you are all one in Christ Jesus.” Galatians 3:28

“After this I looked, and behold, a great multitude that no one could number, from every nation, from all tribes and peoples and languages, standing before the throne and before the Lamb…”

Revelations 7:9

Identity

Jesus reconciles us to God and to each other.  We become children of God.   The barriers that once separated us from our Heavenly Father are broken down, and we are called to live in peace and unity.
Colossians 1:20; John 1:12-13

Apostolic-Prophetic Leadership

We value and support leadership that is rooted in the apostolic and prophetic foundations of the early church, equipping believers to advance God’s Kingdom.

“So then you are no longer strangers and aliens, but you are fellow citizens with the saints and members of the household of God, built on the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Christ Jesus himself being the cornerstone."
Ephesians 2:19-20

equipping

We are committed to mobilizing a remnant of believers who will stand firm in faith and purpose, bringing transformation to the DMV region (District of Columbia, Maryland, Virginia) and beyond.

Our Core Beliefs

The bible

We believe the Bible is God’s inspired Word—true, trustworthy, and relevant for every part of life. It reveals who God is, how He works, and how we’re called to live.
2 Timothy 3:16–17; Hebrews 4:12; Psalm 119:105

God

We believe in one God, who exists in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. God is loving, holy, just, and deeply involved in our lives and in the world.
Deuteronomy 6:4; Matthew 28:19; 2 Corinthians 13:14

Jesus Christ

We believe Jesus is the Son of God—fully God and fully human. He lived a sinless life, died on the cross for our sins, rose again, and offers new life to all who follow Him. One day, He will return to make all things new.
John 1:1–14; Philippians 2:5–11; 1 Corinthians 15:3–4; Acts 1:9–11; Revelation 21:5

Salvation

We believe that salvation is a gift from God, received by grace through faith in Jesus. It’s not something we earn—it’s something we receive when we trust in Him.
Ephesians 2:8–9; Romans 10:9–10; John 3:16; Titus 3:5

The Holy Spirit

We believe the Holy Spirit lives within every believer, empowering us to grow in faith, reflect Christ in our daily lives, and share His love with others.
John 14:16–17; Acts 1:8; Galatians 5:22–23; Romans 8:11

The Church

We believe the Church is not a building—it’s the global community of all who follow Jesus. We’re called to live in unity, serve others, and share the good news of God's love with the world.
1 Corinthians 12:12–27; Ephesians 4:4–6; Matthew 28:19–20; Acts 2:42–47

Jesus' Return and Eternal Life

We believe Jesus will return to restore all things and that eternal life—life with God that begins now and lasts forever—is available to everyone who puts their trust in Him.
John 14:1–3; Titus 2:13; Revelation 21:1–5; John 5:24; Romans 6:23
